My Fathers Father was a day laborer through Georgia and South Carolina, matter of fact he disappeared in the great tornado that swept through Georgia in the 40's killing hundreds and displacing thousands. He thought that if you worked hard you would one day have wealth. Now although my grandmother believed in education and encouraged my Father and his brothers to attain to higher heights my Dad still believed in hard work. My mother Parents on the other hand believed in having a business but not knowing how to manage it soon proved to be the demise of what could have produced some generational wealth along with long term prosperity.
Its funny how although my Mother and father both attended college they both found themselves working menial manual labor jobs until they both retired to attempt to live out their meager existence on the social and the security of the government. Although my parents were quite intelligent they knew nothing of a home based business or the benefits of such. They knew nothing about generational wealth. They prided themselves on a work your fingers to the bone ethic and save what you can and everything will be alright syndrome.
I thank God everyday that I have found a group of people that believe in generational wealth. Wealth through education and strategy, wealth through knowledge and empowerment. The power of what a home based business can and will afford you, along with strong financial education and investment knowledge I can now look forward to a bright future, a comfortable future.
